Mission Statement
The Murrieta Police Officers Association (MPOA) is devoted to supporting our law enforcement officers to they can provide excellence in public safety to the community that they're sworn to protect.
Our organization represents the interests of its members in contract negotiations and all labor-related matters between its membership and the city of Murrieta, ensuring our officers are provided with the best possible working conditions.
We strive to cultivate a positive reputation within the community by actively participating in local and regional charitable events. The Board of Directors encourages members to join in on worthwhile causes, as they serve to strengthen the bond between officers and the people they protect.
In the spirit of unity and organization, the MPOA organizes social events throughout the year to foster camaraderie and good relations amongst the membership and other department personnel.
